1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Salty Eyeball ("we", "us", "our") covering your use of Zomblets (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play the Game.

2. Steam

The Game is sold and delivered through Steam. Your purchase, download, refunds and Steam account are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement between you and Valve Corporation. If these terms conflict with the Steam Subscriber Agreement regarding Steam's services, the Steam Subscriber Agreement applies.

3. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the Game or its assets;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where applicable law expressly allows it;
• remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices;
• use the Game or its assets to train or build other products, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Streaming and videos

You're welcome to stream, record and share videos and screenshots of the Game, including on monetised channels. A link back to the Steam page is appreciated but not required. Please don't present our content as your own or imply that we endorse you.

5. Ownership

The Game, including its code, art, music, characters and the Zomblets and Salty Eyeball names and logos, is owned by Salty Eyeball or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Your licence doesn't transfer any ownership to you.

6. Online features

The Game is single-player. Its only online features are Steam Achievements and Steam Cloud saves, which are provided by Valve. We aren't responsible for the availability of Steam services or for any loss of save data stored in Steam Cloud. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

7. Updates

We may release patches and updates to fix bugs or add content. Some updates may be needed to keep playing the Game. Steam usually installs them automatically.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Game will be error-free or run on every system.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Salty Eyeball won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived or limited by contract.

11. Ending this agreement

You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the updated terms.
